Currently, old-textures constitute significant parts of many cities in the country. Old texture regeneration and restoration projects are going to attract considerable money investment from public and private parties. Many old texture projects, however, are planned to be performed through public-private participation (PPP) delivery methods. Use of adequate PPP contract format is quite essential for the success of these projects. This research aims to develop the proper form of contracts required for implementing old texture regeneration and restoration projects.
In this meeting the analytical report prepared by Sharif University old texture research group is presented. Then, different stakeholders' opinions about the research outcome and further concerns to be consider are presented and discussed.
