Bilateral Scientific Relations

    Office of International and Scientific Cooperation (OISC) at SUT has been responsible for the development of programs to promote and enhance internationally accepted bilateral scientific relations. These include curriculum development and the comparative study of various systems of education in the fields of science and technology in different countries, including England, France, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Germany and Japan amongst others.

    OISC is responsible for matters and events relating to the academic and cultural interests of the university (SUT), including the establishing of joint Ph.D. programs and further mutually beneficial cooperative relations with similar institutes of higher learning abroad. Various “Memorandum of Understanding” have been signed to this effect with SUT and the following universities and research centers: Aachen University of Applied Sciences, Germany - Ecole Polytechnique, France - Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG), France – The University of Leicester, UK - The University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK - The University of Nottingham, UK - The University of Strathclyde, UK - Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan and others.
