If you have received the paper acceptance email from CADS’2015 TPC chair, please use these authors’ instructions to prepare your final camera ready paper and copyright file. In this procedure, there is no difference between oral and poster papers except that oral (regular) papers are 6-page but the poster (short) papers will be 4-page.
To present your paper and for consideration of its inclusion in the Proceedings of CADS’2015, you need to correct your manuscript based on the reviewers' comments.

Formatting Instructions
Formatting checks are enforced in the submission phase for final manuscripts. Please allow extra time to fix any formatting errors. Your final paper is planned to be included in IEEE Xplore. However, IEEE reserves the right to exclude an acceptance paper from inclusion in IEEE, if it is not presented at the conference or it does not meet IEEE’s quality standards. Please follow the following steps to finalize the camera ready version of your paper:
1. Prepare in the IEEE double-column format using IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings available in IEEE Template for Conferences.

• Do not add any page numbering, header or footer (other than the copyright info and symposium title discussed below).
2. Insert an appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of your paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding.
• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-4673-8023-2/15/$31.00 ©2015 Crown • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-4673-8023-2/15/$31.00 ©2015 European Union
• For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-4673-8023-2/15/$31.00 ©2015 IEEE • Latex users can add following lines just before begin{document} for the copyright notice to show up (shown below as an example for the third case above): • \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts \IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{ 978-1-4673-8023-2/15/\$31.00~copyright~2015 IEEE \hfill} \hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{ }}
• MSWord users can use: ‘Insert’ -> ‘Text box’, insert the appropriate copyright notice in the textbox, and place the box (without border) at the bottom left corner on the first page.
• Detailed information on IEEE copyright policy and instructions for authors can be found at: http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/index.html
3. Insert the CADS’2015 title, in a way similar to that explained above for insertion of the copyright clearance code. The title is:
2015 18th CSI International Symposium on Computer Architecture and Digital Systems (CADS)
It should be inserted at the top left corner on the first page only.

4. Fill out and submit the following form to access the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) system. The eCF system allows you to complete and sign the copyright release form. You must complete the IEEE copyright release form using the eCF system in order to submit your paper. This copyright release form MUST be COMPLETED when you are submitting your paper. A FULL/COMPLETE author list is needed. Please note: You are stating that the material in your paper is original and you have not previously released copyright for this paper to another party. We cannot publish your paper without this properly completed form.

*Paper Title:

*Author Name(s):

(Multiple authors separated by commas)

* Author Email:

Then click on the button "Submit to IEEE Copyright System". This will then walk you through a series of steps. Make sure that the title/author list is EXACTLY as it's in your final camera-ready paper. If any correction is to be done, please do this first before proceeding with the copyright step. Please complete the e-copyright form by the deadline.

5. Once your paper has been converted into an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file, you will need to rename your file for final submission to CADS’2015 as follows:
