- These are example essay topics for the final exam: 1- Can Nanotechnology relief the tight competition on controlling the earth resources, by offering replacement solutions for rare material? 2- What's the impact of technology on creativity? Does it lock down creativity? Control it? Or boost the creativity? 3- Does it make sense to invest on space exploration projects while there are a plenty of unresolved problems in the earth from pollution and global warming to food shortage and starving people? (3-Aug-2010)

- Saturday 17-July-2010, we will also have essay writting on one of the following subjects: 1- Does the internet make you smart or stupid? Toughtful or forgetful? 2- Do robots take people's jobs? 3- Can we predict how people will interact with robots? (15-July-2010)

- Session 7 and 8 in the below table will be assigned to Oral presentations rather than article review and writting. So we will have our first group presentations on Wednesday 14th July (Day 7) and the second group presentations on Saturday 17th of July (Day 8). (10-July-2010)

- For Wednesday (7-July-2010) please DL and print pp. 70-77 of Cambridge-Action-Plan and bring with you to the calss. Please have your previous articles with you. (5-July-2010)

- Please print the article "Voice Over IP" (Feb 2010 IEEE Spectrum pp. 42-47) and bring it to the class for Monday 4th of July. You will need "Viterbi" article as well. We will listen and transcribe some audio files in this session. (3-July-2010)

- Saturday 3rd of July the class is cancelled because the University is closed for all classes. (30-June-2010)
